Cancellation policy & No show policy

Your appointments are very important to the Res(e)t Float Centre team.  They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustment’s are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of  your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment time without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to receive services. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the free applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted an appointment. Therefore, we have a strict enforced 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy.

If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided with the required 24 hours time of your appointment  – full payment will be taken and rescheduling may not be possible.
Out with 24 hours of appointment time you must call us /WhatsApp on 07859 952039 or email at [email protected] alternatively you can Facebook messenger us.

Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes or more late we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which will incur full payment.

We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance maybe waived but only with management approval.

We believe at Res(e)t Float Centre that good relationships are based upon understanding and good communication.

              We will not continue to contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your explicit prior consent. We will not continue to contact you for marketing purposes by post if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted.                 We are obliged to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please ensure you obtain your parent/guardian’s prior permission whenever you provide us with your personal information.

                  Accessing and updating your information

                  You have the right of access to your personal information held by Reset Float Centre. You also have the right to request that your personal information is permanently erased.

                  Anyone wishing to access or erase their personal information should put their request in writing to the company.

                  Reset Float Centre will endeavour to respond to any such written requests as soon as is reasonably practicable within 31 calendar days, in compliance with the GDPR.

                  Exemptions:
                  Certain data is exempt from the provisions of the GDPR which includes the following: –

                    • National security and the prevention or detection of crime
                    • The assessment of any tax or duty
                    • Where the processing is necessary to exercise a right or obligation conferred or imposed by law upon the company.

                            The waiver form

                            At Res(e)t Float Centre we want you to have the best experience and we have made all reasonable efforts to ensure a comfortable, clean and safeenvironment for you. We request that you read the following and sign below to indicate your agreement to the following information and policies. This waiver form will apply to the now contemplated float and all subsequent float experiences taken by the undersigned with Res(e)t Float Centre.

                              Facilities & Amenities provided

                                1. I understand that any products or incidentals e.g., ear plugs, soaps, shampoos, Vaseline, hairdryers, face towels supplied by Res(e)t Float Centre are used voluntarily and with full consent and a full knowledge of use by all clients. 
                                2. It is up to each individual to take care and use the highest levels of caution to prevent slipping or falling as floor surfaces may be wet and slippery with the salts.

                                Restrictions

                                Due to the nature and design of the pods we do require that all customers are able to enter and exit the pod independently. This is for our insurance purposes. The pods can be slippy due to Epsom salts. While our showers have grab handles for support the float pods cant/dont have them. We advise a pre float visit to make sure our float rooms are suitable prior to booking if you have any doubts as we are unable to offer refunds.

                                I will not use the floatation pod:

                                  1. If I am under the age of 16
                                  2. If I have a communicable disease
                                  3. If I am under the influence of drugs or alcohol
                                  4. If I am epileptic unless in the opinion of my GP/Physician, my epilepsy is under control so that I am in sufficient control of my seizures not to endanger myself in the floatation pod
                                  5. If I suffer from diabetes, unless, in the opinion of my GP/Physician, my diabetes is under medical control so that I am in sufficient safety to use the floatation pod.
                                  6. If I have kidney disease, unless, in the opinion of my GP/Physician, my Kidney Disease is under medical control so that I am in sufficient safety to use the floatation pod.
                                  7. If I suffer or have suffered from Chronic Heart disease, unless in the opinion of my GP/Physician, my Chronic Heart Disease is under medical control so that I am in sufficient safety to use the floatation pod.
                                  8. Clients are required to use ear plugs provided. If you choose not to it is at your own risk.
                                  9. I will not use the floatation pod if I have not showered thoroughly and still have oils or creams on my body.
                                  10. If I have open sores
                                  11. I further understand that the floatation pod uses pharmaceutical grade magnesium sulphate – Epsom Salts and nontoxic biodegradable cleaning products which will be in the water. Please be aware that some people may experience skin allergies or a reaction to the chemicals. 
                                  12. I will not use the floatation pod if I have hair dye / colouring that does not run clear or had a spray tan or tattoo in the last week.
                                  13. If I have incontinence, or voluntarily/involuntarily release of bodily fluids.
                                  14. If you contaminate the floatation pod in anyway you will be required to pay the cost of clean up and refilling the pod with Epsom Salts (£500-£1000) depending on the current cost of supplies and extent on damage.

                                  Etiquette

                                  The Float rooms/pods are used for relaxation purposes and needs to remain a quiet, relaxed environment. Please make every effort to be respectful and not disturb clients before, during and after floating.

                                  I am choosing to float using Res(e)t Float Centre and will not hold the owners liable for any injury during a session or while in the premises. Res(e)t Float Centre reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I have read and understand and agree to the all the terms and policies listed above.
